(ages
4 - 6) programs help young minds and bodies develop in
the areas parents appreciate most:
• Increased Attention Span
• Increased Self-Esteem
• Learning Respect for Others
• Learning Control
• Enhanced Coordination
• Enhanced Memory
• Fitness
• Balance
• Teamwork
The emphasis is on coordination and learning of basic
moves. High priority is placed on making sure that every
'Little Dragon' learns courtesy, respect, and
discipline. Although it may often look like
play, the lesson plan incorporates precise movements and
develops a higher level of coordination than their
non-Martial Art peers possess.
Most of all, 'Little
Dragons' have a great time getting fit, working as
individuals, and as a team.
Little Dragons classes are held on Saturday
